At Plus Size Dresses Shop, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please review the following information carefully:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Plus Size Swimwear
  • Plus Size Two Piece Sets

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  2. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the RAN on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the following address using a trackable shipping method:

  4. Confirmation: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, we will process your refund or ship the exchanged item.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
